Users can request assistance to set up the model for a plant, for process design and operations assistance.  Typically, sessions run for 8 hours during which the model and process are set up for a plant, and engineers and operators are trained on the model.  This can take place at the plant, engineer’s office, or in the San Francisco Bay Area.

IViewOps can be set up as a real time model that is operating continuously at a plant.  The output from the model can be used to improve operations planning daily, wet weather planning, troubleshooting, maintenance and asset management.   Additionally, operators can use Scenario Manager to predict process parameters such as oxygen demand, chemical requirements, and effluent data 1 day to several in advance; predict operations as parts of plants are taken out of service or put back in service.  Based on this, they can make process changes and plan better, such as adjusting wasting, methanol dose, adjusting the DO set point, etc.  This can be useful at plants that have to meet permits and extend life of equipment.

IViewOps can be set up for an activated sludge, membrane bioreactor, IFAS or MBBR plant.   It can be focused on adding intelligence to process or asset management or both to help operations, maintenance, asset management and capital investment programs.
